"ARD Securities UTsK" LLC and "Ard Pension Fund" LLC have become controlling shareholders of "Ulaansan" JSC, listed in tier 3 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, by acquiring 41% (25,493 shares) of 62,177 shares.
