“Sharyn gol” JSC /SHG/ has announced that the company has received audit report for its financial statements of fiscal years 2012, 2011 and 2010 audited by the Mongolian subsidiary of one of the world’s top 3 auditing company “Earnst and Young”. “Sharyn Gol” JSC has received audit reports from “Earnst and Young Mongolia” LLC in 3 consecutive years stating that the company’s financial statements fairly preset their financials in conformity with accounting standards, which indicates that “Sharyn Gol” JSC aims to keep their financials transparent and consistent  with international accounting practice.

     The company has also announced that Mr.Kenneth P.Farrell was elected as a member of their Board of Directors. He works as a Director of one of the biggest publicly traded mining companies of Indonesia, Bumi Resources Holding and it subsidiary Bumi Resources Minerals.
