• In the last 18 months, the company has expanded its scope by 13 companies and has 44 companies. The total valuation of the company is 158.7 billion MNT, while the total assets are MNT 270.7 billion .

• In the reporting period, the company's total income was MNT 4.36 billion, while total expenses were MNT 5.73 billion .

• The number of shareholders of "Ard Financial Group" JSC reached 61 thousand, which is a 5 times increase from the end of 2020.

• Joint-stock companies "Ard Financial Group", "Ard Insurance" and "Ard Credit BBSB" distributed dividends totaling MNT 3.6 billion.

• The number of users of "Ard" application reached 1.03 million, which is a 63 percent increase from 18 months ago.

• On April 6, 2022, "Ard Financial Group" JSC received permission from the Financial Regulatory Commission to establish the "Investor Nation" fund, which is Mongolia's first joint open investment fund.
