During the week of September 23, 2024, to September 27, 2024, a total of MNT 157,485,845,901 worth of securities, coal, iron ore were traded on the MSE.
In accordance with Clause 2.2 of Article 2 of the "Contract for Registration to Participate in Trading of Mining Products," it is stated that if neither party proposes to terminate the contract upon expiration, it will be deemed extended for an additional year.
According to the Resolution No:.146 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated 23 March 2022, and Order No:.A/39 of the Chief executive officer of the Mongolian stock exchange, dated 22 April 2022, the unissued and tugrik denominated "ETT bonds," which were issued as part of a debt instrument plan of "Erdenes-Tavantolgoi" JSC, have been amended to have an interest rate of "Mongolbank policy rate on the date of interest payment + up to 4 percent".
