According to Resolution No: 10 of the Board of Directors meeting of "Mongoin gol" JSC, dated March 14, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 497,773,200 or MNT 600 per share. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository from April 4, 2022 to May 1, 2022.
