"Bayangol Hotel" JSC has announced that it will distribute dividends based on the net profit of 2024 in the amount of 330 MNT per share.
"MGL Aqua" JSC has announced that it will distribute a dividend of 7.31 MNT per share, calculated in cash from 70% of the net profit reflected in the financial statements for the year ended 2024, or 2,393,776,441.73 MNT.
The company will distribute dividends to shareholders by setting the profit per share at 450 MNT, taking into account the conclusions and prospects of the company's operational and financial statements for 2024.
According to the Resolution No.: 03 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Technicimport’ JSC, dated February 17, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 500 per share.
The list of eligible shareholders for dividends will be determined by March 10, 2022, the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository.
