In order to increase the liquidity of the Stock Exchange and provide more fluid and efficient trading, and maintain a fair and orderly market, the Mongolian Stock Exchange has introduced a new “Rule on the market makers’ activities” which was approved by the FRC on 29^th January, 2022.

According to this rule, qualified members of MSE will act as market makers to ensure the liquidity of a market by offering to both buy and sell securities. MSE will inform the public the names of qualified market makers and their trading activities in a timely manner.
