"Erdene Resources Development Corporation" will issue follow-on offering worth 14,250,000,000 MNT in the commencement of the Bayan Khundi Gold Project.

The subscription of primary market will be received through all member securities companies of the Mongolian Stock Exchange from October 4 to October 8, 2021 from 10:00 to 17:00.
