Primary market trading of ‘ETT Bond’ with face value of MNT 100,000 and USD 100 issued by ‘Erdenes Tavantolgoi’ JSC went successfully. The subscription period of this bond continued from March 30, 2021 to April 09, 2021.

Total 973 legal entities and individuals participated in the trading and invested MNT347.7 billion, in addition commercial banks participated in accordance with refinancing agreement and invested MNT 330.0 billion resulting total of MNT 677.7 billion was raised.

The right to redeem extra payment shall be effective upon FRC’s declaration of the company’s primary market bonds successful.
