According to the Company Law of Mongolia, Board of Directors of listed companies shall have to resolve the matter of distribution of dividends within fifty days after the end of the financial year. As of February 19, 2021, there are 65 listed companies have provided the dividends decisions out of 192 to MSE.

Listed companies are obliged to make decision on dividends in accordance with the financial and operating conditions of the company. Therefore, we hereby warn that companies to provide MSE with the decision immediately.
