According to the Clause 83.1 of the Company Law, the Clause No.: 3.2.10 of ‘Listing Rules’ of Financial Regulatory Commission, the Clause No.: 8.10.11 of Company charter of MSE, the Clause No.: 23.11 of Listing Rules of MSE, an official note No.: 148 of state inspector, dated on November 26, 2014 and official letter No.: 11/3130 of General Authority for State Registration, dated on November 06, 2018,  ‘Khuns-Arkhangai’ JSC, of which trading was suspended for more than 6 years and ‘Erdene Zandan’ JSC, which was not registered in the state registration database, were delisted.
