In accordance with Resolution No. A/22-T of the Board of Directors of "Invescore NBFI" JSC dated August 26, 2020, the Company has decided to transfer the following shares to the parent company 'AIBJ Capital' LLC;

1. ‘Invescore AI Lab’ LLC, the Company has 90% investment and operates in activities other than those specified in the license of the Non-Banking Financial Institution

2. Shares of "Invescore Japan" LLC with 99.84%
