In order to prevent from the spread of COVID-19 virus, "Gutal" JSC decided to hold the shareholders meeting online at 15 pm on April 24, 2020, along with the FRC's recent recommendation. 

The announcement stated that shareholders should vote either in person at the company or via gutal.zahirgaa@gmail.com no later than 16 pm on April 23, 2020.
