"Bayangol Hotel" JSC has announced that it will distribute dividends based on the net profit of 2024 in the amount of 330 MNT per share.
"MGL Aqua" JSC has announced that it will distribute a dividend of 7.31 MNT per share, calculated in cash from 70% of the net profit reflected in the financial statements for the year ended 2024, or 2,393,776,441.73 MNT.
The company will distribute dividends to shareholders by setting the profit per share at 450 MNT, taking into account the conclusions and prospects of the company's operational and financial statements for 2024.
In order to prevent from the spread of COVID-19 virus, "Technic Import" JSC decided to hold the shareholders meeting online at 10 am on April 24, 2020, along with the FRC's recent recommendation.
