According to the Order No.: A/23 of CEO of MSE dated on May 28, 2019, which based on the Clause No.: 23, 83.1 of Company Law of Mongolia and the Clause No.: 23.1 of Listing Rules of MSE, 311,872 shares with nominal price of MNT100.00 of ‘Bayalag Nalaikh’ JSC / MSE:BNB/ delisted from MSE’s securities listing and the securities trading has been stopped. 

MSE has delivered other related documents to FRC for deregistration and once FRC deregisteres from their securities registration, ‘Bayalag Nalaikh’ JSC will be transformed as 'Bayalag Nalaikh' LLC.
