According to the provision No.: 23.11.4 of ‘Listing Rules’ of Mongolian Stock Exchange, the securities will be delisted from MSE listing if the securities trading has not resumed or the causes for suspension have not been rectified for more than one year since the suspension of the securities trading
There are currently 29 companies who did not take any action to resume its securities trading. Therefore, MSE hereby warns these companies to submit a request to the Financial Regulatory Commission, to resume the trading before 28 February 2019 and to notify MSE about the FRC decision. The companies that fails to perform their obligations during the mentioned period will be delisted from the MSE listing.
