The signing ceremony, held on December 5, 2025, was attended by Mr. Khash-Erdene.T, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange; Mr. Munkhbayasgalan.A, Chief Regulatory Office of MSE; Dr. Munkhbayar.B, President of UFE; Mr. Bujinkham.B, Director of the Graduate School, along with other officials from both institutions.
In accordance with the MSE Board Resolution No.2018/14 of October 26, 2018, "Central Securities" LLC, a brokerage company, and "Invescor Capital" LLC, a company licensed to carry out brokerage, dealing and underwriting, have been admitted as a member company of the Mongolian Stock Exchange. Consequentially, the number of member companies of MSE has reached 61.
