Based on Financial Regulatory Committee resolution No.:284 of 12 September 2012, Mongolian Stock Exchange’s 'Securities listing rules' clauses 50.1, 50.3, 57 and according to Mongolian Stock Exchange CEO decree of 31 January 2013, the following amendments have been made to 'Solongo express' JSC’s listing:

- 'Solongo Express' JSC’s total issued shares has been increased by 451,286 shares, resulting in total of 607,809 shares, and 

- the company name has been changed to 'Eurofeu Asia' JSC.
