According to the Resolution No.225 of Financial Regulatory Commission dated 24 November 2017, the decision has been made to approve the listing amendment of “Jinst-Uvs” JSC for merging with “Investor Nation” LLC  and increasing its shares by 53,223 resulting in total of 1,665,938 shares with MNT1000.00 per share.
