According to the Resolution No.224 of Financial Regulatory Commission dated 24 November 2017, the decision has been made to approve the listing amendment of “APU” JSC for merging with “Evergreen Investment” LLC and increasing its shares by 321,304,553 resulting in 1,064,181,553 shares with MNT0.10 per share.
