According to the Resolution No.222 of Financial Regulatory Commission dated 24 November 2017, the listing amendment of “Nogoon Khugjil Undesnii Negdel” JSC's 100:1 stock split has been approved, increasing the total shares of the company to 5,205,600 with the nominal price of MNT1.00 per share from 52,056 shares with the nominal price of MNT100.00 per share.
