According to resolution No 92 of Mongolian Stock Exchange’s Chief Executive Officer of 6th August 2012, the following change has been made to securities registration: “Takhico” JSC combines all outstanding total of 1 189 983 shares, nominal value of 168 tugrik which consists of 808 842 shares at nominal value of 100 tugrik and 381 141 shares at nominal value of 236 tugrik.
