According to resolution No. 25/01 dated February 03, 2025, the Board of Directors of "Erdenet Suvarga" JSC decided to distribute dividends to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 5 /five/ MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by June 30, 2025.
