In accordance with the Financial Regulatory Commission's Resolution No. 206 dated June 13, 2023, and the order No. A/99 from the Executive Director of the “Mongolian Stock Exchange” JSC dated June 9, 2023, Khan Bank has initiated its “Green Bond” program.

As the next phase of this program, the primary market trading of the USD 25 million “Green Bond” specifically offered to strategic investors on October 15, 2024, was successfully organized.

The main underwriter for the public offering of this bond was “BDSec” JSC, which registered a total of 250,000 bonds valued at USD 25,000,000, based on two orders from two investors, successfully closing the trading.
