The Mongolian Stock Exchange has successfully implemented the Information Security Management System standard ISO/IEC 27001:2023 / ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for its operations in trading mining products and securities on the securities market. Today (October 4, 2024), the MSE received its certification from the management of "MonCert" LLC.

To meet the requirements of this standard, MSE has undertaken various actions since 2023, including defining policies and scope, developing fundamental regulations, and implementing necessary organizational measures. This aligns with the Cyber security Law and the responsibilities set forth under the government-approved framework for "Organizations with Critical Information Infrastructure" ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

"MonCert" LLC is the official representative organization for the "AFNOR Group" from France, responsible for international certifications in five countries across Asia.
