BDSec UTSK JSC PRESENTS 2024 HALF-YEAR OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE REPORT

On August 21, 2024, BDSec UTSK JSC, listed in the Tier 1 category of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, presented its 2024 half-year operational performance report.

Key Highlights:

Revenue Growth: Total income increased by 2.9 times compared to the same period last year, reaching MNT 7.78 billion.

Profitability: The company reported a net profit of MNT 3.88 billion for the reporting period.

Brokerage and Underwriting Achievements:

Securities Trading: BDSec UTSK JSC facilitated transactions totaling MNT 836.95 billion in the first half of 2024, accounting for 52.5% of the total trading volume on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

Gobi JSC Share Trading: Successfully managed the trading of 33% of the shares of Gobi JSC, one of Mongolia's first open joint-stock companies, with a transaction value of MNT 135 billion.

Ulaanbaatar Bond: As the lead underwriter, BDSec UTSK JSC successfully organized the primary market trading of "Ulaanbaatar Bond," Mongolia's first local bond, raising MNT 500 billion.

Over-the-Counter Market: Issued bonds for "City Oil" LLC and "Tsogts Zeel NBFI" LLC, successfully raising a total of MNT 4.5 billion.
