As the maturity of the debt instrument has expired and the principal payment has been fully settled, the securities have been delisted from the securities register of the Mongolian Stock Exchange JSC.
According to the Financial Regulatory Commission's official letter No. 1/2031 dated May 29, 2024, the primary market trading of “MGL Aqua” LLC was considered successful and approved the commencement of secondary market trading starting from June 3, 2024, under the symbol “MGLA”.
