In accordance with Section 56.2 of Article 56 of the Company Law and Section 22.1.1 of Article 22 of the Securities Market Law, respectively, "Ard Pension" LLC, along with a related legal entity, has initiated a tender offer to acquire controlling shares of "Ulaansan" LLC.

"Ard Pension" LLC and related legal entities are offering to purchase 36,684 shares equal to 59 percent of the total issued shares of "Ulaansan" LLC. The offer submitted as follows:

"Ard Pension" LLC:  18,342 shares or 29.50% of total outstanding shares

"Ard Securities UTSK" LLC: 18,342 shares or 29.50% of total outstanding shares
