According to resolution No. 01 dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Talkh Chikher" JSC, decided to distribute 400 MNT per share as a dividend to all the shareholders considering the perspective of the company’s operation and financial statements for the year 2023.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be paid in cash at the company by April 30, 2024.
