According to resolution No. 10 dated February 18, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Darkhan Nekhii" JSC, decided to distribute 250,000,000 MNT as a dividend from the company’s net profit for the year 2023 to all the shareholders.
The company will distribute 0.226 MNT per share as a dividend.
The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payments will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC by December 31, 2024
