"Trade and Development Bank" JSC has raised MNT 83.5 billion from its initial public offering. The bank aims to enhance its market presence in the small and medium business as well as retail sectors through its strategic approach and raised capital is expected to be allocated towards the following business segments:

• For the corporate segment: 41.75 billion MNT
• For the small and medium business segments: 16.7 billion MNT
• For the retail sector: 25.05 billion MNT

As of December 31, 2023, the total disbursement of capital is as follows:

• 4,370,000,000.00 MNT spent for the corporate segment
• 13,971,000,000.00 MNT spent for the small and medium business segment
• Loans of 16,256,441,575.00 billion MNT were given to the retail sector.  

"Trade and Development Bank" JSC has spent a total of 34.6 billion MNT which is 56.16% of the capital raised from the public.
