According to Resolution No. 552 of the Financial Regulatory Commission dated November 08, 2023, and Order No. A/271 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated November 15, 2023, the primary market trading orders for the 60,000 asset-backed securities with a nominal value of MNT 100,000 each issued by "Omni asset TZK" LLC will be accepted from November 22 to 28, 2023, /5 working days/ between 10:00-17:00, through the IPO system of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

"Omni Asset TZK" LLC is offering 60,000 units with a par value of 100,000 MNT each, a 24-month term, and an annual interest rate of 19.6 percent to raise 6 billion MNT.

The orders shall be closed upon full subscription of 100 percent of the amount.

"Omni Asset TZK" LLC’s main underwriter is "Apex Capital UTsK" LLC.
