B. Amarjargal, Marketing Manager of "Talkh-Chikher" JSC, which is registered in the first category of "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC, presented the operational and financial report for the first half of 2023 on August 21.

• In the first half of 2023, "Talkh-Chikher" JSC made sales of 59.7 billion MNT, and the income increased by 15.1 billion MNT or 25.3% from this period of the previous year.

• Profit before tax increased by MNT 2.3 billion or 73.5%, while net profit increased by MNT 2.1 billion or 75.5%.

• 584.7 million MNT or 58.3% of income tax was collected in the state budget.

Highlights of the first half of 2023:

• Implemented FSSC 22000 – Food Safety Comprehensive Certification System standard in our operations and received certification.

• ISO 45001:2018 standard certification and audit.

• "Talkh-Chikher" JSC is working to improve the health, safety, and environment of the employees, have the labor conditions evaluated by a professional organization, and implement the relevant plans.

• From May 20 to 29, 2023, a team of 12 participated in the Shanghai exhibition "Bakery China" and studied product development, equipment, current trends, improving the quality of raw materials, and packaging. We have signed an agreement with suppliers in this area and will cooperate with them.

• In cooperation with Italian and Chinese advanced equipment manufacturers, "Talkh-Chikher" JSC carried out experiments and research, and carried out equipment renewal and improvement work.

• In order to fulfill the planned goal, we participated in the "Siger" exhibition in the city of Rimini, Italy on 2022.01-01/31 with a group of 9 people. Meetings were held with Cepi, Costal, Beor, and Daxher, production activities were familiarized with, and training was conducted. Cooperation agreements and equipment orders were made with Costal and Beor.
