According to the shareholders’ meeting of the "Silk Net" JSC, dated April 4, 2022, which is listed in the 3rd classification of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, it was approved to rename the company and to revise the charter of the company.
The name of "Silk Net" JSC has been changed to "ESG Finance" JSC by Order No. A/142 of the CEO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, dated December 1, 2022, and Resolution No. 58 of the Financial Regulatory Commission, dated March 13, 2023.
The company has registered its name change and revised charter with the General State Registration Office following the relevant regulations and has submitted a copy of the newly issued Legal Entity Certificate on May 2, 2023; therefore, trading of the company's securities will begin on May 3, 2023, under the name of ESG Finance" JSC with the symbol "GFG/."
