During the conference, a total of six research papers were presented and discussed, covering topics such as the development, policy framework, efficiency, valuation of Mongolia’s capital market, investor behavior, as well as legal and tax environment issues. Participants exchanged research findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
According to Resolutions No.600 of The Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC), license of “FCX UTsK" has been terminated to engage in regulated market activities on October 26, 2022. Therefore, based on Decree No. 31 of the MSE Board of Directors, on November 21, 2022, this company was excluded from the MSE membership list. Consequentially, the number of MSE member companies has reached a total of 51.
