According to the order No. A/94 of the Executive Director of the Mongolian Stock Exchange dated September 2, 2022, changes will be made to the securities registration of "Erdene Resource Development Corporation" JSC, which is registered in classification II of the Mongolian Stock Exchange. 

The company increased the number of shares of the company by 26,419,687 by exercising warrants and options to 291,888,845 shares of the company's common stock on the dual-listed Toronto Stock Exchange, so it was decided to change the stock registration to 318,308,532 shares.
